This is NOT NORMAL

 I was unclear about what an oligarchy is and what it means for a country. Now I am finding out. We all are. Felon in chief sat with wealthy tech bros at the inauguration. The MAGA dimwits who voted for this nightmare sat outside in the cold. What a perfect metaphor. A billionaire idiot who ran a viral, popular website into the ground is now getting his greasy paws into all sorts of things in our government. Why? Because he is rich. He is in this made up program DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) that has not had congressional approval. He has not been through a congressional hearing not only did NOBODY VOTE FOR THIS IDIOT-A PRIVATE CITIZEN is going through our government like it is his own business. He just was granted access to our most personal information about our social security payments, birth records, addresses, what assistance we are on, what programs we use...and on and on. The biggest cyber security leak in history and the press---crickets. Here and there it is mentioned like it is a normal thing to have this happen. Normal to have people in the finance department of our government locked out of their computers and the building. Normal to have so many civil servants fired or forced to retire. Normal to have a non-elected illegal alien sleeping in the White House whispering things to the orange man. 


It is not normal to have a man do a nazi salute at a victory rally. It is not normal to have people fired who went after the Felon in Chief for crimes he DID commit. It is not normal for a president to release 1500 violent insurrectionists who tried to overthrow our government by extremely violent means. He is treasonous and so are all who are in his cabinet and all who support him. I will never forgive those who put this poisonous RAT in power and let him drag his circus after him. We have an unqualified drunk in charge of the defense department. They want to put a conspiracy theorist antivaxxer in charge of health and human services. They have picked a TV doctor to run the entire Medicaid/Medicare system. These people only have ONE THING in common. They lick the boots of the dictator and are rewarded. It doesn't matter to him if they have no qualifications they just have to be loyal. He is a mob boss. 


We need to keep yelling THIS IS NOT NORMAL because as soon as people get used to it then start to think of this as normal we are truly, utterly screwed.

The beginning of Project 2025 and how i am handling it

 It has been awhile since i have had a new blog or written in my other blogs but i feel this moment must be met with creativity, community, outreach and common goals. My goal and the goal of most people in our country is to be rid of the the fascist takeover of our formerly democratic land. I have always found comfort in writing. It helps me to move things from  my troubled mind to the forefront where I can really think them through. I cried the morning after the election when I saw he won. Things We Can Do

 So the best way I am feeling like I am making a difference is to call my Reps and Senators every day. I tell them about my opposition to Elon Musk being given access to private information and illegal permission to fire civil servants at will, to shut down programs (like USAID) that we have had since the 60s with President Kennedy that helps millions of poor people, to take over the Treasury, the OPM and  other critical government offices with a posse of 19 to 24 year old boys.    They invaded a SCIFF, which is a top-top-top secret room, and were able to access information in that room.
